The damage was extensive.

If you’d like to help with the clean up, funds are being accepted and distributed as needed by the Banco de Chile. Funds from foreign countries must be transferred directly from bank to bank. So you can wire money to The Banco de Chile, account # 98027-07, in the name of “levantemos Punta Arenas” (raise up Punta Arenas), and the code you’ll need is BCHICLRM.

Our thoughts and prayers are with our friends as they continue to recover their infrastructure from the flooding.
